RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you change your mind on an order you must return it within 30 calendar days from the date of ordering for a refund.  The product(s) must be in the same condition that you received it in and must not be damaged in anyway and be within it's original packaging.  

We will be unable to accept returns or offer refunds on bespoke or personalised prints unless they are damaged or faulty when received by you.  In the event that they are damaged in transit you will have 30 days from the date of receiving the item to return it to us for a full refund and / or replacement.   We will be unable to offer refunds on items that are lost due to the buyer giving an incorrect address. 
 
You, the buyer, will be responsible for paying the return postage fee of any items. We would recommend the use of a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items not received. 
 
After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. Please allow 5-7 working days for the funds to be returned to your account. We ask that you keep a record of the receipt for future reference.
 
If the product is damaged in any way by you, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.  

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive, we are happy to provide a replacement  or refund you your monies.  A replacement will be sent one week after the order was due to have been received by you, to allow for delays in the postal system.    Refunds will only be issued 10 working days after the date on which you were due to have received your order according to Royal Mail standard delivery times.  We do not refund any sooner than 10 working days to be sure your order is not simply delayed in the post.  This time period will also enable us to claim back any losses via the relevant Royal Mail procedures.  We always obtain proof of postage.
