POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
Please note that I only post to the UK. All prints are delivered flat and unframed, cased in a cellophane bag for protection within a hard backed envelope.
All sizes are printed on a high quality and heavyweight archival matt paper. I aim to post within 1-2 working days by 1st class Royal Mail unless otherwise stated on the listing (i.e. during holiday periods).
I am not accountable for the Royal Mail delivery times, especially in the event of global pandemics, strikes, etc. Please consider when you require the print and the advertised expected delivery times when you order.Please be aware that in some areas Royal Mail are taking up to a week to ten days to deliver items.
PRINTING
I aim to fill as much of the paper as possible with the picture when printing. I use a professional inkjet photo printer with inks which are aimed to last at least 100 years behind glass. Please be aware that actual colours may vary ever so slightly. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. I am also printing on different textures and papers which affects the colour and absorption of the ink differently.
I apply the glitter by hand and therefore each print will have it's own unique glitter pattern.
REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
In the unlikely event that your item/s does not arrive I will aim to issue a refund or replacement as soon as possible. In the event I am refunding an item, I will do so 10 working days after the date it was due to be received by you in accordance with the Royal Mail usual delivery times.
NOTES: I retain all rights to the images after purchase.
