POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
Please note that we only post to the UK. All prints are delivered flat and unframed, cased in a cellophane bag for protection within a hard backed envelope. All sizes are printed on heavyweight gloss paper. We aim to post within 1-2 working days by 1st class Royal Mail. We are not accountable for the Royal Mail delivery times, especially in the current climate. Please consider when you require the print and the potential longer delivery times when you order.
 
PRINTING
We aim to fill as much of the paper as possible with the picture when printing. We use a professional photo printer with HD dye inks which are aimed to last at least 100 years behind glass. Please be aware that actual colours may vary ever so slightly. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently. We are also printing on different textures and papers (dependent upon the size you order) which affects the colour and absorption of the ink differently.
 
PERSONALISATION

Personalised items may take 3-5 days to dispatch.
 
REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
In the unlikely event that your item/s does not arrive we will aim to issue a refund or replacement as soon as possible. In the event we are refunding an item, we will do so 10 working days after the date it was posted.
