Request your own bespoke print is designed for you to do just that - request your own, whether it's splatter or not. We're open to suggestions.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Firstly, email us to see if we can provide the print you’re looking for. We will then confirm the price and lead time. Prices vary based on the size of print, how much time is required to produce the image, whether we can sell the print through our website at a later date and the number of items you wish to be drawn.
2. Order via this listing. Please confirm in the personalisation box the request you have made. We will normally also ask that you send us an image of the item you are wanting us to draw so there is no confusion and we don't spend time drawing the wrong thing. Please send this to picsandsquiggles@gmail.com after ordering.
3. We will provide a draft as soon as possible and will let you know the lead time when you email your enquiry.
AMENDMENTS
Upon receipt of the draft print via email we will ask for your comments and any changes you wish to make. We do not charge for alterations. If you subsequently chose to adapt the spec you originally gave and request something different we may ask that you pay extra to cover the additional time this will take.
Lots of love, care and attention goes in to creating each one of our digitally hand drawn pieces of splatter paint artwork. These are all made by us from scratch which is why our signature is subtly shown on all prints. We retain the rights to all images after purchase.
DELIVERY AND POSTAGE
All prints are delivered flat and unframed, cased in a cellophane bag for protection within a hard backed envelope. All sizes are printed on heavyweight gloss photo paper. We aim to fill as much of the paper with the picture as possible. We do not currently offer framed prints.
We aim to post within 1-2 working days by 1st class Royal Mail, after we have agreed a final draft with you. Dependant upon what you are requesting you can normally expect to receive your print within two weeks from the date of ordering. As before, we will discuss lead times with you when you email your enquiry.
We only deliver to the uk. Unfortunately we are not accountable for the Royal Mail delivery times, especially in the current climate. Please consider when you require the print and the potential longer delivery times when you order. If you live close enough then we're happy for you to collect in person.
PRINTING AND SIZES
We use a professional photo printer with HD dye inks which are aimed to last at least 100 years behind glass.
We provide prints on A5, A4 or A3 matt archival paper.
Please be aware that actual colours may vary ever so slightly once printed. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours and that everyone sees these colours differently.
UPON COMPLETION OF YOUR ORDER
We don’t include requests for new prints in any sale running due to the time involved in creating the bottle or print for you (and to your specification and satisfaction).
Upon completion of your request we may list the item on Etsy or this website and the price may correspond with other similar items, which may or may not be in a sale at the time and may be lower than that which you paid.
REFUND AND REPLACEMENT
If we are unable to agree on a suitable draft of your print then you are entitled to a full refund. We would stress that this is highly unlikely as we wouldn't accept orders that we could not fulfill.
In the unlikely event that your item/s does not arrive we will aim to issue a refund or replacement as soon as possible. In the event we are refunding an item that has been lost in the post we will do so 10 working days after the date in which Royal Mail states you should have received the item.
Should we spend time creating your print for you to then decide you no longer wish to proceed with the order for your own personal reasons, we will not be able to issue a refund.
NOTES: We retain all rights to the images after purchase and where appropriate we will add to our shop for others to buy afterwards.
